So, I had slowly began to wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after about a week or so of off and on usage about an hour at a time.
For some reason I decided to see how many sets I could get in for the day. That was September 24th there were about 8 one hour sets on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] with about the highest tension.....all terrible ideas I discovered Lol
Afterwards it was just a little sore didn't think much of it.
Anyway since than my EQ has suffered as well as there being an ache on the top right....
After a few days of doing nothing at all it was starting to feel way better getting random erections again.
So I decided to do some kegles and try to strengthen things
Turns out...brought me back to square one.... But now there is a dull achy pain....
I think I am just going to have to take a few weeks or a month off from things.
Have been taking Tylenol and using a heating pad in the evenings on my stuff to try to sooth it
Any suggestions or help? Because I am wondering just how long it will take before it fully heals....

Wrapping the tip and was using a very loose noose.
 
Describe the pain. You said there is an ache @ the top right and also a feeling of soreness (whole shaft or just @ the ache point)?

Use the heating pad and see how that helps.

You said noose, so I assume you're using the noose cord @ the tip? If you're experiencing nerve pain(the ache), then look up the velcro method.
The noose cords can wreck havoc when using it in those durations.
 
Just on the base at the top right, doesn't hurt bad, when I press down on it it usually doesn't either occasionally there is a twinge of pain when I press on it. Other than that atm it's just achy in that one area.

It was easing up had taken a few days almost didn't even notice it anymore, so I started trying some kegels yesterday to ease back into things but they seem to have caused it to ache again.

Yea, I was giving the noisy rubber thing it came with a shot, usually used the velco method. Just never had used the rubber thing before, still wrapped it with before using it though because I didn't want it to tight, so it could grab onto the tight [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] and hold from there.
 
Doesn't sound too bad from how you describe it. Was under the impression that it was near the glans.
Is your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] base digging into the skin?

Weird that it would stop and be reactivated by doing kegels just days later.
 
Not really it doesn't dig in all to much when it digs I justove the skin under it so it gets fresh skin lol

As a side note I started moving around and when I bend over or raise my knees there is a bit of a feeling like something moves over something else... And a twinge of pain but it's only occasionally..... That's new....

I suggest you pad the base of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with a soft material that will act as a buffer between the skin and base of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]. This will allow for greater extension and much more comfort. You can use any soft material like cotton t-shirt strips.
 
Haven't used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] since the 24th still....and it still kinda hurts...it went away for a while...but....the keggle and a few "alone moments" brought back the issue...with avengence...since the last time I posted actually, been hurting around the base with no [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] atm. ...as well as several twinges of pain occasionally to the tip.... Still gets an erection....just....I think I may have strained the ligement....

Been thinking about going to the doctor, but I'm not sure if my insurance will cover it...and I know I can't pay for it...because its rather unpleasant.... Have been taking vitamins and stuff in hopes they help.. Thinking I might start icing the area...have been using a heating pad daily for an hour or two...but no real help there
 
Well phuck bro I've felt occasional twinges of pain around my base after heavy expressive stretching, though it only temp.
You say strained ligament idk know it may be beneficial to ice prior to heat.
The pain when moving around/ bend over is it over the pubic area or around your dick? I've also had tenderness on my fat pad after exercising, just only If I touch it maybe if I move around. Again only temp

Sounds like some normal soreness we all get and possibly a strained ligament. If it is a strained ligament you would feel sharp, shooting pain at the base and along the shaft of the penis. If the pain is only soreness it may just be normal. Either way, rest till you feel ready again. When you start again be sure to pad the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] base. Went yo the doc a while back.
Have epididymitis... And a strained ligement.
Am on antibiotics and painkillers... Not sure how I got epididymitis... Apparently It can just happen sometimes, but that was the cause of the strange phantom pain loll

Also, it's probably just from not handling my business as often but I've actually seemed to have gained about an 1/8 of an inch since I've stopped pe atm....or could have been from straining it....either way... Random gain! Lol
