Define Base Girth

I foresee a baseball bat between my legs in the future, and I'm starting to focus more on exercises that target base girth. But one question I had that I haven't seen a question on was how far does base girth apply? When you're targeting base girth, are you just targeting the area flush against where the penis is attached, or is it from the point the penis is attached to the body up to about 1"? Just wondering so I know how far down to exercise with other exercises and how far I can expect to impact with purely base girth exercises. Thanks in advance!
 
I think of base girth as any internal penis starting right at my pubic bone up to where I can encircle the outside shaft with a thumb and fore-finger.

Yeah, the method I was going to focus on was SD hanging, because DLD and several others have mentioned great results with that. Also hate to see my Bib Hanger collect cobwebs in the corner when it could be aiding my Penis Enlargement quest :P

Yeah Ive wondered that. I know stretchnig lengthens the penis outside the body but does it actually pull penis 'out of' the body aswell, and if so by how much?

If it does then I could possibly understand the base girth increase, but exactly how much girth have people attributed to this?
