Days on and off

I try to do Penis Enlargement everday but sometimes I miss a day because I only do it in the night for the privacy and I get tired,
If I do 1 day on 1 day off will I not gain and will I lose gain by taking a day off?

Not at all, 1 day on and 1 off may even brings gains faster. You can put more intensity into your days on knowing you will have time off to recover. Look at it as a positive thing.
 
Experimentation is the key. I recently scaled back my workouts as i was not getting erections as frequently and they were becoming weak. From taking a day off here and there and adjusting accordingly you can find out your own pattern for not only increasing your size but being able to keep a substantial EQ while doing so.
 
As long as you have several times a week, any Penis Enlargement is progress. Obviously don't want to scale it back too much but take it when you can. I was exhausted Friday and never got around to it (always take the weekends to rest up mentally and physically). I just decided I would do a really intense workout Monday and I did. I think the biggest hindrance to Penis Enlargement is discouragment.

It is true, even 1 session a week is better than no sessions...if for nothing else but to keep you connected with Penis Enlargement until you can give it more time.

That sounds good. Remember there are also other ways of getting more Penis Enlargement in. Stretching under the covers in bed while watching TV can be done without anyone knowing. Piss pulls are also another way to fit more stretching in daily. Getting up early, going to bed later can also give you another 15 minutes in with little sacrifice. Office work is also a great opportunity to get in Lazy Ass Stretches. You may also search out a private bathroom at work or school and sneak out for 10 minutes a day where you will not be missed. Penis Enlargement sometimes requires creativity.
 
^^ As with anything, with motivation it can be done.

Kind of like the common excuse from an overweight person, "I just don't have time to exercise." No, but you have time to buy all that junk food :)
