Hi guys. Apart from the fact that i don't cum as much quantity as 6 months ago, why can't i shoot anymore, it just dribbles out now. I aslo feel that my ejaculatory contractions aren't as powerful as before ???

I dont think my PC muscle could have weakened in the space of months.I'm only 27.

Do any of you have a clue as to what is causing this.

It may be fatigue but it is difficult to know without more specifics about your problem. How much exercise do you do? As far as PC muscles are concerned what have you been doing exercise-wise?

Semen production has nothing to do with Penis Enlargement with the exception of some of the more specialized exercises. Your ability to "shoot" is directly related to the pelvic floor muscles so I think this is where you need to focus.

Exercise-wise, I jelk, stretch, and do erect bends, all to a reasonable extent. I'm not going mad at it. I dont kegel, but Iused to a bit.

If i should concentrate on the pelvic floor muscles, does that mean kegels?

I have noticed the same thing at times! I think it is fatigue
