Well Ive been Peing Seriously for about 5 months now(not too sure cuz i usually have little 3-4 day intervals where i don't pe at all but the past 3 months have been consistent) and my last month has yielded me no gains. I understand that gains come intervals since my weight training for the past 6 years has taught me so. I went from a bodyweight of 125lbs to a ripped and clean 225 with a 6% on a 5 foot 8 inch frame. All that naturally although no one believes me...My friends think i juiced in HS but w/e fuck it. So i definitely believe in Pe and will continue to use it but Ive been stagnant lately so i decided to take a one week break (mainly because i stretched the skin below head on the underside of the shaft so hard that it split and began to bleed) even though my wound healed fully about 4 days after the incident. Plus the break helped my dick refreshen and my dick needed a lay off from my vigorous Penis Enlargement anyway but i decided to come back with a new fresh routine.
I will be Peing 7 days a week alternating between length and girth days.
Length days:
50x Traditional Blasters( i want to save the more advanced stretches for when i NEED them instead of using them now because that way i can actually add progressive overload on my penis instead of using the most intense exercises now and not having anywhere to go later)
3x Sets of incremental stretches(mainly to stretch skin because i hate that my balls although larger are starting to move down my shaft now)
Girth Days:
10 min Jelquing(will increase 5 min every 2 weeks)
2x Supra Slammers-I will add one Supra slammer every week until i reach 10(although i never seem to get the pump everyone else gets i usually only swell to about .1-.2 more than usual and it goes away 15 min after the routine)
10 min Ball Jelquing(every other girth day i will do this because i seem to irritate my sac if i do this every girth day plus i notice more of a "ball pump" if i do this 2 times a week and thanks to these my balls are growing
