Been PEing on and off, but I've been doing some consistent hanging for about a month or so now. My current routine is
Stretch BTC (left, middle, right) 30 secs
Then straight down (left, middle, right) 30 secs
Then straight out (left, middle, right) 30 secs
Then straight up (left, middle, right) 30 secs
After 1 set of those stretches, I hang BTC with the captains wrench for 20 minutes then repeat the stretches. I'm only hanging 5 pounds for now since BTC is a new angle for me
After the repeat stretches, I will wear an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 20 minutes or so if I have the time to prevent turtling.
I do at least 2 sets of hanging per day, more if I have time. I do some of the basic stretches when I go to the bathroom throughout the day. My time is pretty limited, but my focus is length. What time-effective things can I add to my current routine to make my routine more effective? Thanks
