Hey guys I'm totally new to this forum and have never done Penis Enlargement before. My length is a bout 6 inches but my girth is barely 4 inches. I do get good erections though. I am looking at DLDs first routine but whereelse can I get some good info and an idea on how to do these exercises?
 
Another couple questions. When I jelq, how erect do I have to be? I've tried it a few times before and sometimes I lose my erection so I have to get myself up again. Do I press and milk as hard as I can?

When I strech, do I need to be erect or completely flaccid? Also, what is a good guide on how to stretch. Do I stretch as hard as I can?
