My question is

I hear allot of routines consisting of warm water 1. warm ups 2. cool downs 3. between sets 4. other/etc penis exercise use. Recently a crowns who usa go be a raw foodist told me taking hot showers is bad for the skin. He then google "cold water theory" which listed a link to a mend health magazine which outlined 7 main reasons why taking Ice Cold showers are healthier for your body.

I asked him to email it go me, but he never did and I lost the link. You can just google "cold water theory". I'm on my iphone so is not so easy to post link right at the moment, apologize.

Well one of the main points the article listed is cold water.actually induces blood flow into the body. Reason is your body temperature lowers and naturally the heart beats faster causing more blood to flow. There were 6 very good other points I can't exactly recall now. Rbis got me thinking of Penis Enlargement and if using warm water is actually not as helpful.

Could anyone find a couple helpful comparisons?

I prefer warmth in my routine. I'm don't plan on pulling my penis in the cold. The point is very true, in the cold the body has to adapt and change its pattern to assist the body in that temperature. The heart will beat faster to promote better blood flow. But you have to understand that its only doing that to fight the cold temperature. The body is not in a relaxed state, it is in a defensive state which we don't want in Penis Enlargement. In the state, it'll most likely reject any type of work you try to put in the penis. The warmth with keep the body in a more relaxed position where the ligaments, tissues, etc are more pliable and seceptable to the training. That's just how I think of it. Take cold showers of you want, but for Penis Enlargement not such a good idea.

True cold water does increase flow of blood ... but it hardly gives help to Penis Enlargement ... and cold water also closes the pores of the skin which keeps some of the germs trapped in skin ... while warm water does not increase flow it only makes you sensitive ... but it is more helpful for getting cleaned ...

Also when your body gets cold it pulls blood from things it deems less important (Hands, Feet, Penis.), like how your hands and feet are the first thing to get cold. Your body pulls blood from it to keep your core warm.

There were a few threads from various forums, maybe 5 here on this subject. I have to say that every time someone started a thread on the topic it always came up with little real evidence one way of the other. It would be cool to see a thread really stay alive and collect proper, clear and emphatic information on cold water therapy.

I remember a while back on a PE forum, a guy talking about using hot & cold during PE. He would warm up & gradually increase the heat whilst doing girth/length work, then he would use cold (very cold water or ice) to "SET" the gains. The idea being that the heat would relax the tissue & allow for expansion & stretching, then the cold would set it in the new state.

If I remember this was a theory he was experimenting with that kinda made sense to me & had provided medical research links on how collagen worked in tissue fibres.
I think he was heating in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for a session then at the end using cold before coming out of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

Ive always kinda liked the idea but never got around to trying it.
Any thoughts??

Well, in any other part of the body there is good reason for both cold and hot therapy so the penis would be no different. Here is a blurb from a medical site on the benefits of each:

Heat therapy

What does heat therapy do?

Heat opens up blood vessels, which increases blood flow and supplies oxygen and nutrients to reduce pain in joints and relax sore muscles, ligaments, and tendons. The warmth also decreases muscle spasms and can increase range of motion. Applying superficial heat to your body can improve the flexibility of tendons and ligaments, reduce muscle spasms, and alleviate pain.

How is it applied?

Sources of heat can supply either dry or moist warmth. Dry heat sources may dry the skin. Moist heat may penetrate better. Heat can be applied by an electric or microwavable heating pad, hot water bottle, gel packs, or hot water baths. The heat should be warm, not too hot, and should be maintained at a consistent temperature, if possible. Ask your doctor or physical therapist which heat source would be best for you.

When do you use it?

Apply heat if you have stiff joints or chronic muscle and joint pain.

How can I use it safely?

Don’t apply it directly to skin. Instead, wrap the hot device in a thin towel.

Here are other tips:

Don’t apply heat for longer than 20 minutes, unless your doctor or physical therapist recommends longer.

Don’t use heat if there’s swelling. Use cold first, then heat.

Don’t use heat if you have poor circulation or diabetes.

Don’t use heat on an open wound or stitches.

Don’t lie down on a heating pad; you could fall asleep and burn your skin.

Cold therapy

What does cold therapy do?

Cold slows down blood flow to an injury, thereby reducing pain and swelling. Cold therapy slows circulation, reducing inflammation, muscle spasm, and pain. It should be used if the area is swollen or bruised.

How is it applied?

Cold is applied by an ice or gel pack.

When do you use it?

Any cold treatment should be used for 24 to 48 hours after an injury. Cold therapy is good for sprains, strains, bumps, and bruises that may occur in sports or lifting. Apply cold packs or ice bags to injured areas for no more than 20 minutes at a time, removing the cold for 10 minutes and reapplying it again.

How can I use it safely?

Don’t apply it for longer than 20 minutes. Also, wrap ice or ice packs in a thin towel before applying.

For my penis, cold water always cause shrinkage. But with warm water, my balls sack starts hanging loose.
