Cold Head While in Extender

There's no harm in removing your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] if your penis is cold. A solution would be to get enough padding to allow circulation and to ensure a better grip on the strap/noose. A silicone gel padding seems to work best in that capacity.

2thing you can have it on semi errect but on low-mild tenstion

or you can have it flacid fully streeeched- which after number of house becomes cold which means numbness and poor circulation but there are 2 more benifts you have to find out for your self

I think an hour is a good marker point to take off, return good circulation and reattach. Once rehearsed you can do this in a couple minutes.
