I lately bought a silicone cockring that is very easy to stretch and seems like it does a good job when it is initially just placed around my penis right after a workout. The problem is i lose the expansion very fast, say about 5 minutes after and then my dick just looks even smaller than my normal flaccid but just more veiny. I also have a silicone nose tie that I used before this cockring and it has the same effect so I decided to try out a cockring. What can I do to keep my expansion longer? My penis ends up becoming cold and not staying plump, but at the same time if I don't constrict it enough, then its like Im not even wearing one. Honestly it seems like i'm better off not even bothering to put one on because without one I can stay expanded for longer. Any advice? Maybe my equipment just isn't good I don't know?

I never used a ring post workout because when I train its pretty hard on my dick anyway. Just leave the ring off a few days, and when you feel fit try again the rings

I´m fairly new to PE but one thing I have noticed is that with girth its important to not go overboard. If I go too hard for too long my flaccid after the workout will be sort of small and lifeless. If I dont go as hard and as for as long it will stay nice and plump. So for me the trick is to get good expansion and then stop. At that point I´m done and if I do more it seems to be counter productive.
Gotta know what your girth workout is first. If your not getting enough expansion, it will go down quickly since most of what you will get is fluid retention. Depending on your routine, you could over exert yourself. Any time your body thinks you did to much, automatic shrinkage for safety reasons. It's built into our genes.
With the cock ring on, it's definitely beneficial after girth work. Always keep thinking about your penis. It'll help keep blood going and try to get erections as well. You want constant blood flow to keep your penis healthy and in a state of expansion. Jelqing every once in a while as well.
