Cock ring or no cock ring during/after Jelq?

I've been lurking a couple of weeks and have been doing DLD's phase one the same amount of time. Now I have a question to all you veterans.

What's with cock rings?
I'm wondering if I should wear one during and/or after jelqing. What say you master Penis Enlargement'ers? DLD?

How many of you use them? If you have, has it made a significant change in your gains? DLD have you ever used them? If you have or have not, then why?

Lord, I have never worn a cock ring but I know that RB, Stillwantmore have some experience. In my opinion wearing one after Penis Enlargement would be completely beneficial as it will keep your penis in an engorged state longer. I would love to here some feedback on this...many could benefit.

I wear a Thera-P wrist wrap after a good session to keep my penis engorged longer, I've heard of people making good flaccid gains from doing just this. A cock ring would be the same no doubt.

I say GO FOR IT.
Do it with ya hands if ya can.
Hold for 10 minutes to start at full erection after jelq or as a separte exercise [Constrictor].
NEVER go past 30 minutes as it'll fuck up the oxygen supply to the old wizard.
Also after ya shot the donkey, apply the cock ring.
Me been doing this recently and FUCK ME it works great for keepin ya flaccid snake stay longer/thicker.

If anyone has trouble obtaining a ring, then I find that a velcro watch-strap is great. They are chap, comfortable, and allow you to adjust the tightness as you want. You can also wear them around your dick AND balls.

The cock ring will help you keep your expansion for a longer time. A lot of people are using it now compared to when you created this thread.

A cock ring can be the biggest help in securing girth gains. After we train girth there will always be expansion and this expansion can fade rather quickly. Using a cock ring will retain that pumped up state much longer. If you want to keep that going through the day you will need to jelq blood back in and attach ring again. Doing multiple sessions of cock ring expansion with make girth gains permanent in half the time. The longer the pumped up state is held, the faster gains will secure.
