This is weird to me. DOn't know which one is better. I've heard CrazyEd suggest to stretch(or hang) then clamp, but it also makes sense to clamp(and fatigue the tunica walls and cells) and then stretch or hang to furtuhur increase those microtears...what do you think?
 
I personally like doing my stretching and hanging then jumping into my girth. I prefer this because after I am done with the length portion of my training I always have this feeling that I limited the blood supply so what better way to encourage blood flow, right?
 
Either way you're breaking down the tunica. If you clamp first, the tunica will become very pliable and soft, making it easier to stretch. On the other hand, doing length first will also fatigue the tunica making it easier for your girth to expand. As an example of this, one day I decided to do 45 minutes of A-stretches followed by clamping, and the first 5 minutes of clamping was the most soreness I ever felt from Penis Enlargement, so there's definitely fatigue there.

That being said, I think it would be best to stretch first, as it is kind of tough to comfortably grip hard for stretching after an intense girth session.

that is what i was thinking...and wouldn't it be harder to stretch the ligs after girth cuz of the expansion of the glands..wouldn't you have to pull extra hard to feel anything
 
Length is hard to do after girth, hanging, for me at least, was out of the question. The extra fluid in your upper shaft will pool and cause pain when you have a hanger tight around your dick.
 
Would it be out of the question to do it at separate times during the day? Stretch in the AM and do girth work in the PM or something. Doing it all at once is hardly necessary.
 
that is how i do my routine....this way i feel like they are not taking away from each other...if i'm not mistaken i believe this is how dld does it too...
 
Ive just started really incorporating clamped stretches into my routine. They rock.

For the first time I am getting a noticable length difference and my girth also increases at the same time because of having pressure on both the head and the base at the same time.

If you havent tried them definitely do it. I am no longer frustrated with not gaining much/any length because of this exercise. :) Best of both worlds with this exercise.
 
You get an erection, clamp and then pull in a direction for about 30 secs.

I try to pull each direction twice, similar to the way you stretch for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. Minus the between the cheeks pull.

You will need to stop periodically to revamp the erection. Let me know if you need more info.
