Hey Spinner just go to the doctors like i did and say you have tried Viagra and cialis and have problems maintaing a good 100% erection its not that bad you no,try to get a old doctor though because they have probley prescribed it before. Hope this helps

I realize that you have not asked for opinions, but to me it seems that you may not be looking at the full scope of the injecting process.
First of all, Caverject comes as a "kit" which includes the PGE-1 in a dry powder form, as well as the water. The "kit" is a syringe with two individual chambers. To mix the two, you first rotate the screw mechanism on the bottom of the syringe which forces water that is in the lower chamber, into the top chamber where it mixes with the dried power PGE-1.
The powder dissolves almost immediately in the syringe. But you must then inspect the clarity of the dissolved powder. It should be very clear in the syringe. If the mix is cloudy, it signifies that the powder is old, and has begun to deteriorate. A little bit of cloudiness can be accepted, but you may have to add a bit more of the mix to compensate for the deterioration of the PGE-1. Any substantial cloudiness is indicative of a more serious deterioration of the powder and that should not be injected.
So, your first concern in buying any Caverject, is "how old is it?" Unfortunately, there is no way to tell. The life expectancy of one kit is probably around 2 months if it is not refrigerated, and perhaps as long as 4 if it is. These days few pharmacies refrigerate the kits anymore. So, to get value for the money, you need to buy the Caverject frequently, and in smaller amounts.
The next step in Caverject usage is the titration. This is CRITICAL. If there is any thing that I would advise you to see a doctor on, it is this one. In the people that I have worked with on these boards, the record is that 100% of them have had at least 1 priapism. Thankfully, it seem that none of them were injured from them, but to just start out with a hope, and have no idea about dosage is really like jumping off a cliff and hoping for a soft landing.
In Caverject, the dosage is determined first by adjusting the barrel of the syringe to get the maximum dosage desired. The 20 mcg kit has 4 alternatives for dosing, they are 5, 10, 15 and 20 mcg. As you rotate the barrel you change the stroke of the syringe, so that you cannot exceed that dosage when you inject.
As a consideration, a 20 mcg kit costs around $23. at a drug store.

As another consideration, PGE-1 (which is what Caverject is) is the most potent of the chemicals used in injecting, but it has the downside of causing pain when a large amount is injected. You should expect that you will have a good "penis ache" when you do achieve 2+ hour erections.
The other alternative is the prescribed dosages of "bi mix" or "tri mix" or "quad mix" These are prescribed by a doctor and come in liquid form. As long as the liquid is refrigerated, they last a long time. California law requires that the drug vendor put on a 4 month long usage time limit onto the bottle, but it will most likely last up to 2 years if refrigerated.
However, titration is just as critical, if not more so, with the mixed chemicals. This is because the amount of PGE-1 in the mix varies by the what the doctor thinks will do for you. And as there are other chemicals in the mix (although all are less potent once for once than PGE-1 AND for Penis Enlargement purposes, you do want as much PGE-1 as possible) their dosage is also an issue.
With all of these variables, plus adding to the fact that you are a young man that does not need Quad mix to get an erection, your titration could take a while.
If I were your physician, and was going to titrate you (and knowing your situation) I would use a mix that is a bit higher in percentage of the PGE-1, and start you off very, very low in dosage. Perhaps as low as .02 cc of mix.

A benefit that I see to using trimix over Caverject is that you can draw other drugs (such as IGF-1) in the syringe so you can save on needles AND number of injections.

Yes, for the most part it only takes a few days to ship from China to my doorstep and most peptides are fine at room temp as long as it's not for an extended period of time...
