i have the same issues but be careful when choosing your silicone sleeve as girth is a very important issue. It can be big or loose for you.
I am 3 inches in girth and even i have posted a query regarding which one to buy ? i even might wait as the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] guys will be making silicone sleeves themselves soon and im sure they will make the best ones in the market.

I tried doing the ebay silicone sleeve... It sucked, maybe I am too girthy at 5.5" head and 4.5" middle of shaft. It was ridiculous trying to roll it on felt like a vice grip on my member. They sell them as one size fits all but I don't get how most people can take a 6" sleeve roll it up so its next to impossible to get over the head. IT started to rip on the 2nd day of use.
