Can you feel it when your lig gains are maxed out?

My LOT is a bare-bones 6 and always has been. I did however manage to make gains in length from stretching the ligs - I'm guessing around 0.3" or so. Then something weird happened a couple weeks ago - whenever I would stretch downward, whether it be with DLD blasters or regular downward stretches or sock stretches, it felt like I was pulling nothing. It felt like almost an empty feeling like nothing was being stretched. That being said, I tried BTC stretches and actually found I do get some tug back when testing my LOT when I pull BTC. I had an awesome stretching session yesterday hitting the ligs in this BTC position - am I almost done with lig gains?

Also one other thing to keep in mind is that when I stretch upward and to the sides the stretches are INTENSE and they feel phenomenal, possibly another indication I need to hammer away at the tunica. Thoughts?

My LOT is around 6 now, and I feel the ligs on some days when I stretch SD, but other days I feel nothing like you. In any case, I raised my LOT to 8 o clock 6 months ago from a bunch of tunica work, and I could feel the ligs being hit like crazy.

Definitely focus on tunica work more from now on, but do 10 minutes of lig work at the end of every session. If you do tunica work first, you stretch out the tunica and can hit the ligs better. This will also ensure that your ligs keep up with your tunica while you are gaining.

Spinner man I love your input on this board, it's obvious you know your shit. That said, the fact you have raised your LOT through tunica work is motivating to me to hit the tunica that much harder now. I am going to focus my stretching around the tunica, but will also perform BTC stretches as long as possible until I feel they are no longer beneficial for lig gains. And I'll do my tunica work first as well.

How long are your stretching sessions in general? How long do you hold each stretch?

My best tunica work was I raised my LOT 1-2 degrees in 2 months through priapism research. 4 times a week I was taking viagra and edging for 3 straight hours, with the supplementation of 4g PABA a day for tissue relaxation.

My efforts at upwards stretching haven't been as effective. I don't measure often unless I'm gaining fast, but I notch up 1/8" gains here and there when I do measure. I don't follow any stretching routines, I just focus on intensity, and I stretch until I get too much fluid buildup and it starts getting uncomfortable. I heat for 10-15 minutes, and I'm sure to hit every angle. I throw in v-stretches, a-stretches, and I do at least 6 bundled upwards stretches (3 minimum in each direction) which I hold as long as possible. Some days I'll just throw something fun to watch on my computer and stretch for as long as 1-2 hours. Other days I only have time for 20 minutes of stretching. I don't worry too much about how long I hold each stretch: on one hand there are medical papers that state tissue deformation starts after 20 seconds, on the other hand there are countless examples for where tissue deformation occurs almost instantaneously at high impact. I probably average about 15-30 seconds a stretch, if you're curious. I follow this up with upwards jelqing and upwards ulis, which also hit the tunica for length.

I'm gonna test Magnumforce edging this winter: 37.5 mg of viagra a day, high dose 5-htp, normal dose st. johns wort, 4g PABA a day, 1-4g l arginine a day. I'm supposed to use a low dose SSRI as well (prozac) to raise my serotonin so orgasm is impossible and I can do more intense edging, but I'm not sure I have access to anything of the sort. I think I'll be able to get great tunica gains from this. Magnumforce was one of my favorite posters ever, but for some reason nobody ever bothered to test this edging method, and the thread died after less than a dozen posts.
