can i masturbate straight after workout

Hi guys

Is it ok to masturbate straight after doing a workout, especially after jelqing and playing with my cock for half an hour i really need a release, is it ok to shoot a load or does this do something to the blood and make the whole workout pointless?

it sounds like what you are doing is "edging" which basically is playing with yourself until you are ABOUT to cum, stopping, and then repeating for about 10-20 minutes.
The predominate theory is that edging helps a lot, but if you cum then its not as effective as edging, which advises that you not release your load.

I wouldnt say the whole workout is pointless, but it seems that most people think that not cumming is better than cumming.
I think this is because once you cum, a chemical is released that makes you "chilled out" so your penis doesnt stay engorged and full of blood.

However, I guess this is up to you. Ejaculating after a work out wont make it completely pointless, but most people tend to think that NOT ejaculating when edging adds some sort of benefit.

I think maybe i am edging, because i do find it hard to stay at 80% erection and can find it hard to not do a !100% erection.
However i was always taught that you get blue balls or something from not having an orgasm after acheieving an erection.
Even if i maintained an 80% jelq for my workout, wouldnt that give a semen buildup in my balls that needs to be released.
Is this blue balls theory a myth or realistic?

Im not sure what you mean by finding it hard to stay at 80 percent and can find it hard to not do a 100 percent erection.
Basically, here is what I do.
I jelq for as long as I want (i.e. 20-30 minutes or 500-700 strokes) at an erection level of about 40-60 percent. I feel that an erection level above 60% is mainly girth work and not really intended for beginners.
After jelqing, you can edge, which is whacking off until you are ABOUT to ejaculate. But before you do, stop for a few moments, then continue. basically, edging is whacking for 10-20 minutes WITHOUT ejaculating.

As for blueballs, Ive never got them. I almost ALWAYS whack off without cumming,
I just get to the edge of cumming, stop, and keep going until im about to cum again,
stop, and repeat until I dont feel like ejaculating anymore.
Ive heard that any semen that is "built up" will be easily cleared out when you take a piss, and will not cause any problems.

The argument for edging is that you get all those good sex-chemicals in your system, which can help with penis enlargement, as long as you dont ejaculate so that the "chill out" chemicals come and counteract them.

Again, Im no expert, this is just how I have interpreted theories on these forums. But as for blue balls, they have never happened to me, and I dont think its anything unhealthy.

Of course not. I do not want guys thinking sex and masturbation will fuck up their gains as it DOES NOT. No one has gained as much as me and I had sex and have masturbated after almost every session.
 
and the master speaks :) i always had mixed feelings but if you think about it logicly and scientificly it makes no sense that it would inhibit our gains in any way.

Sometimes reading too much into things creates issues that are not even there.

Penis Enlargement is about sex, sex is all about cuming:)
 
My 2 cents, depending on your age and hormone levels it might be good to release after a session. But remember that stirring the juices helps release all sorts of amazing energy that once released are depleted and require the body to make at a tremendous cost (energy) to your endocrine system. If you are young enough you can bounce back pretty quickly however I would suBathmateit that saving up your mojo could enhance your gains and prime your system for faster growth. If you are over 30 then your test levels are dropping fast and you might not want to release during any session because of the time required to recharge the batteries.
