Hi, before I start doing anything I'd like to see proof that techniques work. I know the risks involved and want to be sure it's worth it. Is there are photographic evidence so I can see for myself the change? Thank you

Satyr;534348 said:I don't understand people like you. Do you really think hundreds and thousands of people on this and other forums just sport [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ads[/words] for nothing or fall prey to a collective delusion? Besides the whole picture proof section delivers more than enough evidence. If you're too lazy or lack motivation try to obtain it by educating yourself on the subject and reflecting upon it. Then put the theory to the test by yourself and judge after a few weeks. Otherwise just leave it. But just asking, if not demanding evidence has always a foul taste to it since it seems to suggest intentional deception.
Edit:sry for the rude tone, but sometimes I just lose my temper if someone refuses to bring about a certain amount of self-sufficiency in terms of researching, thinking and acting consequently. Seriously: what do you expect to hear from us, which you can't already find by yourself on the various threads on this board?

This is what we need to do.Doubt is what is going to make too many people quit before trying. When I got involved in PE, I didn't ask for photos of members. I went head on with the exercises until I got to my current size today.
