Bulking Diet To Increase BPEL?

I got this thoughts lately. We all know that fat loss diet will improve your NBPEL by losing some of the fat pad. But what about improving real size, BPEL?
And I got an idea: When you are in caloric surplus, which is taking in more calories than you burn, your body will build muscle easily. Not only that but your joints and internal organs, skin, etc. get healed at faster rate.
So it could affect PE gains too, I think. Just think about it. More calories to build new tissue. It will probably decrease your NBPEL to BPEL ratio, cause you will get a little fatter. But BPEL will stay after you lean down again. I started this new experiment now.
I'm on bulking diet, trying to get my BPEL to grow, without caring abour NBPEL. But I just got an injury, so PE is on holds now for a few days.. >:(
But what you guys think about it? Have someone tried it?
 
It makes sense...the tissue will heal a bit faster probably,but nothing special..you won't gain much faster,or better..it's not gonna make any difference imo.
 
As long as you keep your protein intake high (about 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight), and eat enough vegetables, your body will have more than enough nutrients to build your penis :)
 
gaining fat is not a good idea at all,because the fat pad will get bigger n will be quite stressing because of the hidden inches...i think loosing fat pad is key..

yep vegetables,water exercise,keeping the excess of calories away is important,besides who wants a fat pad!!LOL

True..protein is pretty important,you need protein to build up new tissue..just like muscle :)
 
i've thought about this as well. I dont know the answer (to whether you would grow better in a surplus or deficit), but logically i would say you would grow more easily when in a surplus. having said that, given how slowly the penis actually grows (even a big increase is relatively small in relation to the whole body) im not sure how much of an effect a few hundred calories either way of your maintenance will have, but there probably isnt much difference.
 
Well, I'm doing bulking diet anyway, so why not try. The thing with building muscle through is you need to be in surplus. Unless are are on steroids or are a complete newbie, you won't gain muscle no matter how much protein you eat unless you create caloric surplus. With PE it may not be the case, but it may help. I already noticed better blood flow general and to penis and better EQ. as for the fatpad, it's only temporary. Until the cutting phae of the diet.
 
good nutrition is always vital but I wouldn't see the penis like a muscle in bodybuilding. I see it as chambers to be filled like a baloon!
 
I'm not exactly sure if protein or nutrition translates directly to the BPEL, but just make sure your stretches have an intensity you can feel, you'll definitely gain BPEL. I've never tested that to be honest. Maybe you can test this for us as you bulk?

I will do my best. :) I have this idea because I was cutting earlier on and my size didn't bulge and eventually I lost a little length and girth! And it was probably from being underfed. Now my health is much better and like I said my EQ and blood flow improved. So far it looks good. But it wolud be great if some bodybuilders/ fitness enthusiasts tried that too and reported they findings.
 
Pointing out the obvious but when i gained my gains my dick looked smaller! It's hilarious how tiny a pro body builder's Dick Looks!

Well thank you :) I'm currently gaining muscle mass w/o much fat gain, so a clean bulk, I'll try and see if I do receive a different perspective.

But he was kinda right here. Put a 8x6 on a 6'4, 240lbs guy and on a guy that's 5'6 and 120lbs. It'd look very different!
 
I don't think height is that important,unless you're very tall like 6'3+...i think body size is more important..if you have a 8x6 and you put it on a 6'1 skinny guy,it's still gonna look big..if you put it on a 5'9 270 pounds bodybuilder , it's not gonna look big.

Well, both are important. That's the reason why all male pornstars are short as hell. You can find a few jacked guys in adult entertainment, but no tall guys. Also a taller guys has larger hands, joint and so on. So I wouldn't say that height is unimportant.

The ribbing/veins will make muscles, or a cock look bigger as well. Everything affects everything. I wish you could tell whether a girl is tight by looking at the camo-toe, but you can't. That's what keeps me from looking :/

Yeah you're right most of them are short but there are a few tall adult entertainment actors like johnny sins,lex steele..and i'm pretty sure there are a few more in the 6 foot area...but most monster cock actors are 5'10 at max :)

I'm just thinking that you should not need to be unhealthy, just because you think your penis will grow faster when you consume more food. It's not just about of the quantity of food. That is: How much energy you are getting into your body. For example If you're diet only consisted of bread and butter, this would not be optimal for tissue growth. You need protein, and other important nutrients to make your body perform and grow at it's best.

I lost 5,9 kg (13 lb) body fat mass when I stopped eating for powerlifting/strongman, and started with penis enlargment.
This was the fat inside of my body and around my organs. To be at a high fat procentage isn't healthy. But you can somewhat compensate this by being at a high skeletal muscle mass. But even then, It's not optimal for helath, growth and/or longevity. You can get your muscle mass higher with a higher body fat mass procentage, but is it worth it?
Many strongman and powerlifters get stuck in this unhealthy trap. They want to be strong and big, but they sacrifice their longevity for this.

I'm even little high right now at a PBF of 29% (procent body fat mass) now and that's even on the higher side.

The risk of becoming to unhealthy if you "bulk" is to great I think. If you focus on food as a nutritional intake for your body, and make sure you get in all the nutrients your body needs, I believe this is a much healthier approach. Just being on your calorie recommended intake is as high as you should be at. Not lower or higher. This is my belief.
