this is just an idea i came up with this morning after doin a few hours of lazy ass stretches. i have recently been thinking i wish my balls could hang a little further back towards the taint, as when im erect and i pull my scrotum back a little towards the taint, it really adds definition to the base of my penis and adds alot to the visual aspect of length.

sooo, i was basically lying on my couch on my side watching tv, also on my back at times with my legs spread, and i reached an arm behind my leg and grabbed the testes from under my leg and pulled them back and down towards the anus.

i basically hold this for a few minutes, nothing painful, but a decent pull. i feel doin these for a few minutes a day, several times throughout if possible, can really train the testicles to hang further back towards the taint, and give the base of the penis more definition, adding to the overall length visual.

im sure a variation of these could be wrapping the balls and tying them off to the back of the leg, although im not sure you could sit down comfortably on your balls. any thoughts? cheers
 
I know exactly what you mean. If i do that my dick looks an inch longer, my testes seem to rise up and forward when i get an erection.

I'm with you all the way on this one man, i'll be trying this several times a day. Has it been working for you?
 
totally. even 10-20 minutes a day i feel will do some good. i'll check back in in a week or two with an update. if you start these, let me know how they work for you as well. cheers
 
I think it is smart for a couple reasons, first I know it will make you scrotum hang lower, as you stated, but I think it may also give much more room for penis to hang lower since, over time, the scrotum will be set further back. Could be on to a good, new exercise.

thanks DLD. that's the plan- to make the scrotum sit further back towards the taint, as i feel like this gives much more visual length at the base of the penis. also, i feel like moving the balls as far away from the penis as possible makes ALL of my penis useable, not just up to where the balls sit against the shaft(nothing like having sex and smashing your balls :O). cheers

edit: forgot to ad, i think training the scrotum in this way also pulls on the fat pad a little bit and over time can help eliminate the fat pad. cheers

I tried these for 5 days and they really work. Gets the scrotum right out the way. I stopped for a few days and last night when i ejaculated my balls came forward and up, the exact opposite of the way i'd be stretching them. and got in the way. So obviously this will need severe dedication.
 
how long did you do them each day? i try for about 30 minutes a day just if i'm laying on the couch watching tv. i'll lay on my side and reach behind with an arm and hold for like 15 minutes, then switch sides on the couch and use the opposite arm.

also, medicating, do you do any pulling on your testicles while you do erect work? i feel like getting in the habit of pulling the testicles down throughout your erect work sessions really make a lasting difference. i, for example, like to pull my balls downwards every time i am getting my erection level back up( stroking with one hand, pulling the balls down with the other). since i do this many times every session, i am also getting many minutes of ball stretching in. cheers

Just like flaccid hang, the scrotum will need to be trained over and over so that it remembers to hang long.
