Hydromaxm, i have about 6 minutes of stretching per day (except lately). I'm on a 5 on 2 off schedule by the way. If your workouts aren't that long or strenuous, then I don't think you should take off rest days.

What kind of breaks do you take regularly? I don´t take days off, but then again I don´t have a very strenous routine as I´m so busy I only get in a few minutes of stretching or jelqing each days.
Should I schedule some rest days?
