My advice would be to try several - it's not a one-size-fts-all thing. Depending on your size on any given day, a different size may feel more comfortable. Also, some of them actually expand as you wear them, due to body heat, so you get less compression over time. You're better off buying some of the plain, lower priced ones til you find what you like.

Yes sir, as long as you are allowing enough room for expansion. If the ring is too tight via session expansion will be limited.
