And above one of the small veins there is a blood coloured lump. Its about half a centimetre in diameter. It sticks a bit above the surface too. Can I continue doing Penis Enlargement straight away?

As long as they fade after training I would not worry. They will not damage you in any way.

I answered you in another thread but why worry about the spots? If they fade after 4 days fuck it, train through it. Get you size up, make your gains and then let it fade.
