what could be the reason ?
also id like to tell you i have hair around that area a bit on my shaft.....could it be a ingrown hair ?
it causes no pain until i touch it or squeeze it

what should i apply to heal it ???
can i continue length work and avoid jelqs till it heals ?

You may be correct, because of the location of the hair line. Probably should remove it before it becomes worst and abscessed.

i have dealt whit blackheads on my shaft and lil pimples on the shaft but i didnt pay that much attention i kept going and i have no scars so far..

i do only have stretch marks.besides didnt know you have the phallogenetics passive stretching you are having there!!

The simply solution would be to amputate below the ingrown hair.

Seriously, apply a very warm soak on the area for ~10+ minutes to soften the area up and open up the pores
Sterilized the area and the tweezers or needle/pin
Get under the ingrown hair - Gently work it to pull the ingrown part out without breaking the skin too much
Wipe the area as you work on it, so you can see what you're working on.
Avoid squeezing the area too much, just work the ingrown hair out.

WARNING: there will tenderness and discomfort when working on it; just take your time with it to avoid any significant damage

This has happen to me the first time I ever shave the area, wasn't fun, but I got it out.

the lump had become hard...i squeezed it a little and water came out.....
now what ?

Time and patience is important here.
Apply a hot compress to the effected area 3 times a day for 3-5 minutes. Eventually you will see a small black dot appear, this is the hair. Now after a few more compresses the hair will emerge. From there take a tweezers and gently pull out. DO NOT squeeze out the fluid. DO NOT dig into the skin with the tweezers. These will only cause scaring.

Small issues can become major issues if care is not taken. In this case continue to use the hot compress and when the hair emerges grab it, pull it out and then use the hot compress to relieve any fluids. Do not push or force this, simply use the hot compress to lightly lay over the area which will allow the fluid to drain.

This is exactly what happened to me. I took 8 days off from PE because of it and it seems I lost the temporary expansion that I was seeing every morning when I wake up.

When next you want to shave, do it to the direction where the hairs are facing and also, use warm water to watch the area you want to shave before and after.

Shaving can be awesome once you have gotten used to it. I have not shaved for a year and visually I look smaller
