i read this recently in my quest to fill my head with knowledge in the wonderful world of Penis Enlargement.
(So what does all this mean? I think the best way to examine it is to look at individuals. First, as I said before, the assumption is that big gainers started with high tight ligs. That was my situation. Looking at the big gainers, the more gains, the lower the LOT. This seems to firmly indicate a lengthening of the ligs allowing a significant portion of penis to be revealed. The biggest gainer, DLD has the lowest LOT, 6:00. RB, avocet, toid, and I are tied for 2nd at 7:00. While some of us could profit from more lig work, the majority of future gains will come from tunica stretch. We have some long ligs.)

contrary to what i thought when my unit stops pulling back at 6 to 7 o clock... does this mean an advantage at quick length gains through this teory? Once again i know its a theory not 100% true but just curious! if it is im excited to see
 
sorry forgot to mention when flaccid pulled toward the naval im extremely tight as was stated in bibs theory. im really confused now if someone could clarify
 
Even after this study was done I kept concentrating on downward stretching and continued to make gains. I am a fan of multi angle stretching to cover all bases.

Just rock the newbie stretches with all you got and the gains will come...try not to get too mixed up with all the information...keep it simple and keep it motivated and the inches will come.
 
i never really understood the LOT theory...im kinda slow with shit

how do i find my LOT and is a higher LOT better or is a lower LOT better?

I believe DLD is extremely right in this aspect.... just let things flow with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]!. After more extensive research to BIBS LOT theory, theres much more than just your losss of tug back. it involves exit point , internal ligs and what not. your LOT is actually rough to find but after reading in BIBS hanging forums... which im not hanging yet due to newbie status. BIB states it not where total loss is, he states its where it feels less not necessarily a total loss but your pc muscles stilll contract leaving it hard to reallly telll where the loss is!..... thus possibly retry the thought of LOT and where it really looses its tug back is where your LOT is not where it just 100% stops !!! if this helps at all check out his total theory if you really feel the need to base something of this. i myself got wrapped up in this but after serious research think its not really that big of a deal all together...
