Best Penis Enlargement

I am asking everyone to give there opinion on this question. What is the best overall for penis length? Please give your method, duration and times per week.

I'm currently working on something, however, that may give some significant gains. If my measurements weren't affected too much by hardness, then I gained 3/16 of an inch after 2 days... more to report on that later, though...

NO. DO NOT USE [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]EXTENDER[/words] IF YOU ARE NEW. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
 
I've increased the intensity of my sessions. For length, I do sets which target the tunica. The twisting one(I don't remember the name) one in each direction, the tow, and the a stretch. I do 6 sets of these. Those are the ones that I use to increase length. The other exercizes I do probably increase length, but only secondary to girth.

I don't know if these are too much, but I am finding that its working.

Your frustrations are appreciated but your constant attempt to impose your experiences on others in a negative way is becoming irritating. Change your whole approach to this or, again, I will have to ban you.
