Thanks for the answers, I'll have to test out the kegels and the supplement in the link. XD be awesome if i could take Viagra but you can't take that kinda stuff with high BP from what i've been told
 
I second L citrulline, it will have your erections harder than ever. I've been taking it for about month now and when I get erect my penis gets to 100% of my size just like that. Before it would take a little extra stimulation to get to my max size.

Who told you that you can't take it???

Viagra is actually a contraindication for low BP not high BP....

Viagra will cause vasodilation hence decreasing your BP...you should go talk to your doctor...

L Citrulline is good as a non medicated supplement..

You should also do exercises, something which is better than regular kegels is towel raises...

Get to your max erection (whatever it might be), and place a towel at the end of you penis and try to raise it. As you get better at it you can make the towel heavier by placing it in water....These are awesome for getting rock had erections...

The hard part would be trying to figure out how to keep your max erection for the time doing the towel raises. Maybe weighted kegels while hanging?

It very easy to be honest....here's how I do it...

At the end of my girth session (Always at the end)...I'll put some adult entertainment on, I'll jerk it until max erection....(now you have to be standing up for this otherwise it won't be effective) place the towel right on my glans and raise it 20 times....it takes less than 20 seconds....that's one set...

Then while watching adult entertainment I jerk it till max erection again, and place the towel (while standing of course) and raise it 20 times (I'm sure you can keep an erection for this long, it's less than 20 seconds)...that's my second set..

I do 2 more sets of this..

so total 4 sets of 20 reps....as you get better you can place the towel in water to make it heavier, or you can do sustained raises...ie. keep it in a raised position for as long as you can.

Yeh that can help for sure....But I just edge for an hour or so at full erection and keep a 100% erection in the process without cumming....has always worked for me..plus having a fine azz bitch in your bed never hurt!!! :)
