best eq workout

been trying to cement some gains. I get quite a bit of length and girth expansion with basic stretches and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. but I feel like my eq and overall hardness is not keeping up with it. any tips?
 
Sometimes this happens when spending too much time in the pump. I could give more advice if I knew exactly what your routine consists of.

Same! But I want to add- KEGELS. Kegels are an amazing Pelvic Floor muslce exercise which basically flex the PC to send more blood up your shaft. When it comes to EQ- kegels are KING! Take a look at the thread in my sig ( http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?73357-Kiss-the-below-100-EQ-GOODBYE ). It is not the best thread, but still... it might be helpful :)

Reduce the masturbation and do lots of kegel. Let there me a little bit of reverse kegel as well.
