Behind-The-Leg-Stretch after Newbie-Program for length-gains

Hi.

I did the Newbie-Program for about 3 months and also experimented with a bunch of other stuff.
I want to gain about ~2-3cm length 0.78" - 1.18"
I don't have a lot of time to do Penis Enlargement and I got roomates, so what would you say, would it be hard for me to get those ~2-3cm in length with 10 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x 30[/words] sec. of Behind-The-Leg-Stretch and 1 - 2 x Helicopter (30secs.)
 
You should be able to get at least 10 minutes in the bathroom 2-3 times a day, this will be plenty of time to get a more intense routine in. I would suggest something like this:

10 Minutes AM, LENGTH WORK:
3 thirty second stretches of the following:

Straight Down
Straight Out
Straight Up
Behind The Cheeks

followed by: 25 Rotary Stretches.

10 Minutes PM: GIRTH WORK
100 Jelqs

At some point during the day you should work in some PC Health by doing the Kegel routine outlined in the Newbie Routine
