after finishing the warming up i just can t help it and masturbate once i have ejaculated i continue whit the session can this affect my penis and not make gains?:(
 
itll help you out if your doing streching but i wouldnt reccomend it before girth the reason being because your penis is in a state of fatigueness and thats the best time to strech
 
I personally feel you shouldn't but thats just me. Other people feel different and have gained so its what works for you. My thought is after you ejectlate your penis is fatigued and turtles and i dont think you want that during your workout.


When i 1st stated i was the same way. I fought the urge and now i feel i have better control over my erections.
