So I just received my REPLACEMENT [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] yesterday. This morning I hop in the shower all excited to finally have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with the comfort ring not jacked up. I start pumping and at full pressure I notice that these little air bubbles keep coming in from the top. I pumped a few more times, but still the air bubbles and eventually.......no suction and it seemed to be leaking too. I'm a little irritated now. I don't want to be "that guy" that is constantly contacting customer support ya know. Any ideas on how to fix it or should I hit up customer support again?

Hi, my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] arrived just this afternoon and tried it out immediately. I noticed the same problems you had (air sucked in), especially the first few times I tried. My guess is that this problem is the result of a bad vacuum. Which is a result (I think) of poor placement of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. You can do a few things to get a better fit:
1) Put some Vaseline on the comfort ring
2) Just trim the ‘bush’ a little bit more
3) Place the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] just a little higher (towards the belly button) or a little lower (towards the scrotum) or place it a little to the left/right. Just ‘feel’ if there’s a place which is most comfortable
4) I noticed that the way I stood (upright or relaxed/with a bent back) had significant impact at how comfortable (or not) the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sucked itself to me.
5) Fill the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in its totality and try to lose as less water as possible when positioning the device
6) Another reason air sucked into my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] was the angle in which the decive hung (I used it under the shower): when the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hung low the chance of air getting sucked into my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] was greater. The same applies if you move too much or too quickly
So the best advice I can give to you is just relax, take your time and experiment with different placements. I hope this helps and if you have any questions, just ask!

Most likely the valve/ring has dislodged during shipping (this happens) take the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] to a flat surface, and with some force slam the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] down (opening facing down) this will force air into the chamber and hopefully snap everything into place. If this doesn’t work then you can take the plastic tip off the top off and check to make sure the rubber ring etc… are in place.
alfred, This isn't my first [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I have no problems with knowing how to use it. I received a replacement one that isn't working properly.
I already tried placing it on the table and pushing on it, that didn't work. Is it just the top part of the tip that has the notches that is removable? I don't want to break this thing.

Yeah should be able to pop that off with out breaking it, just make sure the pieces don't go everywhere

Does anyone know where is video might be? I've just developed a problem with the valve in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] and I need to take the valve off I think and see if I can tell what is going on. I don't know what has happened because there was nothing that occurred in the last day to damage the valve, but there is some kind of issue, just leaks massive amounts of air through the valve. Thanks for any help!

I was able to get the valve off and clean it. That was the problem. There was just a tab bit of debris in there that plugged it up.

Air bubbles stay in the tube if you dont point it straight up. Lay down in the tub and shake the tube a bit, all the bubbles will rise to the top and you can then use the button on top to release that air with a pump.

hey guys I am pretty bummed out too , I ordered my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] it come 2 days ago tried it out today and boom , air leaking in from the top , I tried taking it apart and cleaning it , then tried it again and same thing :/ I've emailed the website where I bought it from just waiting for a response. i'm positive its coming from the O valve
i hear a lot of peeps saying use Vaseline surly its not good for the rubber on the comfort ring nor the seal at the top it contains patrolem and its eats some rubber unless the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] uses rubber that is not effected?
