I've been doing Penis Enlargement on and off for the past few years but never done anything more than the newbie stuff (stretching, jelqing, kegels, etc.). I have noticed that the shaft towards the head is looking a little wider than the girth of the base.

Now I don't know if this is because I stretch more often than I jelq, or if I'm not jelqing properly (I make sure to start all the way at the base like DLD says to at about 80% hard).

To be honest, I'm a little concerned to keep doing the routine. While I've definitely noticed improvement over the last few years (not that much as I'm never all that consistent), I'm scared that if I keep doing the same things I'm doing that the shape is going to become more and more pronounced (it's only slightly noticeable now, but it's definitely there).

So my question is, should I stop what I'm doing and start a routine that works on base girth (suggestions on what exercises to do would be appreciated) or what?

i've heard that clamping where you are the smallest in girth can actually reverse the baseball bat. not sure, no proof, but thats what i've heard.

Doing partial squeezes (focusing on the deficient area) and heavy multi-angular stretching or hanging will also build up base girth.
 
I've heard that Straight-Down stretching and hanging makes base girth for some mysterious reason. Here's the thing: I don't want more length, only girth. Do I risk getting longer by hanging SD?

I'm thinking I doing short, high intensity hangs will give me base girth without adding any cemented length (not being stupid of course, just maxing out on weight... egh that sounds risky). Some guru please advise? I never done hanging.

Heavy hanging of any kind will give you more length. If you want girth only, focus on partial squeezes and jelqs.
