Baseball bat effect, suggestions for evening out

Upon checking the overall condition of my penis in the last few days I noticed about 1" from the base of my cock is significantly thinner than the rest of my cock. From the glans down to the last inch it's nice and thick, but considerably thinner at the bottom 1". Does anybody have any advice about how to help the base catch up to the overall girth of the majority of my penis? Manual clamping as close to the base as possible? I might have the tendency to grab just above the base which has caused the growth to be inconsistent and lacking at the base itself. I have big hands so it makes it difficult to grab right at the beginning.

Any suggestions or tips would be helpful!
