Back - Need Avice on Routine

Been a long time, but I am back. I wanna straighten out my left curve and thicken up my 5.75" girth. I think I am still 7.9" x 5.75" ish, with 6" base, and I know I still got left curve.

Can anyone gimme routine thatll focus on simply thickening up and straightening out? :-D THANKS!
 
WELCOME BACK! Have you been training on your break or are you starting over? There are a few different things you could do but I would like to know how "in the groove" you are with Penis Enlargement before making a recommendation.
 
Was really consistant... with masturbation lol. Not with Penis Enlargement though so ya I am fresh, and dont wanna get TVeins again, came close doing some clamping first day back for jollies. I just need a 1 month routine thatll easy me, week by week (I adapt fast) into my full on routine of straightening and thickening.
 
I haven't gained girth in a while, and this new routine has finally started to stimulate some girth gains. Here's my routine, I love it. Its a 3 on 1 off routine. You'll get thick for sure on it.

5 mins jelqing
12-14 mins Clamping (after 3 mins warm-up in clamp, do horse squeezes for 30 seconds for as many as u can, then warm-down in clamp for 2-3 mins)
5 mins jelqing
clamp again doing same thing
5 mins jelqing
5- 30 second uli's
3- 30 second horse 440's, then your done
 
Hey man, you joined the forums about same time I did (6 days after I did), what have your gains been like? Just trying to gauge what I MIGHT have gained :(

That seems like a sweet routine and Ill definitely give it a run. Ill start today, but Ill change it up slightly to make it easier...

3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off, repeat. This way it makes 7 days so its easy to remember which days Im on and off.

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, on. Wednesday off. Thursday, Friday, on. Saturday off. Repeat :) But ya I am stoked about this routine and will give it til end of February before I measure and record.

I've slacked on length so I have only gained like .5-.6 inches in length total. Girth I'm not sure right now, but last i checked it was about .25 inches. I've definitely got at least 1/8 of an inch gain this month from that routine, but I dont have a tape measure at home, i have one up at school.
