If it is under dark or loose clothing you really can't see it. If you are in pants that do expose it try wearing it up instead of down, this will hide it 100%.

Tried up, tried down, doesn't really work either way really. When I do wear it, I keep it to around the house, with the thumb screw parts as close to the base to keep it pointing straight down, fairly hard to notice, unless I'm bending over, where I'll walk funny if I do.
