Much has been written on this but I thought i would throw my two pennies in on it as well.

I cannot stress enough the effect of visualizing and attitude in making gains. Speaking from my own venture, ever since i have made my starting mark on the ruler and made the notch at where i want to be, my attitude and work ethic have gone up tremendously. Seeing it mentally is of great importance but when you have a measured goal and you can mark off when you are getting closer has a much needed tonic effect for your mind and body.

This in turn will lift your attitude. You now know not only by your own mental image but also by a physical indicator that what you are puring effort into is paying off. You continue your work and with renewed vigor are able to keep at the grindstone while not faltering.

Also i have come to realize a gain is a gain no matter how small it may seem to you. You are moving forward not backward at that point. I noticed how after gaining I started to feel like nothing was happening if I didn't gain more. It was like the fact that I had already gained almost two inches from what I started with didn't matter anymore and I was back to square one on the board. Maybe it's greed.

I hope that makes sense.
 
I think that when you've made gains its so hard to believe that you did that that maybe Penis Enlargement didnt do anything. Like seeking said, a gain is a gain!

Well, I personally THINK I've seen gains. But I'm relatively new and I'm not sure if what I've seen can be attributed to weight loss, or maybe just level of excitement ... so until I see gains in length that border 1/4 of an inch or more, and the same for girth ... I'll keep an open mind.

The problem with me being a smaller guy...is that I cannot envision myself being bigger. I feel like your body size is proportionate to your dick size...and I just CANNOT picture myself boasting a bigger dick.....please, someone tell me its possible for me.
 
I'm 5'7. You should be just fine.

Then again I'm 180 lbs and wear a 36" waist, broad shoulders so ... maybe it means there are more cards stacked against you, but you're into martial arts, if someone says you can't do something, that's just more reason to push harder.

I always had a distorted image of my body size and my dick size. I'm 6' tall 190 pounds. I just wanted to comment that most guys here start out within a normal range of penis size. 5-6 seems to be the average starting point. Most women are fine with that. There is nothing wrong with that!

I see guys on here who have already gotten 7" that worry about size. I know I did. 7" by most womens experience is a big penis. A good fit considering that the average vagina will stretch to around 8" deep during it's aroused state.

Statistically, only 1 in 10 will be that big or longer. Most women find that to be in the large category.

anything is possible with hard work. Plus at 5'7" if you make explosive gains you'll look like a tripod once you are finished. Height does not matter, desire and determination are your only tools needed for success. do not let anything or anyone stand in the way of your goals and stay focused and they will become reality.

As homelesswombat said, I would see that as an advantage.

Im 250lbs..and my legs are pretty damn big...so my penis will always look tiny in comparison haha.

Use that to your advantage :)

No worries about keeping it alive. I have to add from the visualizing i have been doing i measured at 8.5 BPFSL this morning. visualizing along with new stretching has given me the jolt i needed. Now to keep moving onward up the hash marks on the ruler
