Can you get huge arms if you only have a 20 lb dumbell but do 100 reps? No. They are good if you are starting out, and will give you some definition. Or do bench first, then pushups.

Gurkhas, SAS or something else. We had some mountaneering special troops doing training in our mountains some time ago. Those guys really looked trained.

There are plenty of different hand positions you can use to target different parts of you chest, shoulders, and triceps, while doing push ups. If you want to get some serious strength and endurance form push ups work your way up to 100 non stop push ups and by the time you can do 100 push ups non-stop you will be very happy with the results on your body! Both visually and physically!![]()
