This is for sure true and I've experienced it with my xsleeve on. It looks like I have a flaccid 8x6 in my pants with it on. Doesn't look like anything weird just looks like a huge dick in my pants and I've seen a few girls look down at it then look me right in the eyes and give a huge smile lol
