Anyone else having problems with kegels?

I just started doing Penis Enlargement about a week ago. My problem is when I pee I can stop the flow no problem, it's when I'm trying to do the exercise when I'm not peeing is when I have the problem. The muscle feels so week that I can barely tell if I'm doing it. I can only hold it for about 2 seconds and my PC muscle gives out. Anyone else having this problem when they first started?

Also when I do a kegel my anus muscle squeezes at the same time. I think it's just that my PC muscle is extremely weak.
 
I tried them acouple of months ago and I could hold them for about 10 seconds after about a week of constantly doing them. I think I just need practice!
 
Hey rivieraman71. You should check out BANANAxBOY's resiflex kegels. His thread about it is on the thread below this one. His method is a real good way to tell if you are doing the kegels right by the tug back you'll get from stretching your penis upward toward your belly button while kegaling.

I tried those and it does pull back but the tug is very weak. Soon as I tug back my muscle lets go. I just need to stick with them. I will get the hang of it!

I think some guys make kegels more complicated than they are. A kegel is a very simple flex. The best way to master it is by getting an erection and flexing the pelvic floor muscles so the erection bounces. Simply law on the bed and bounce away. Once you have isolated the muscle group a kegel can be done anytime, anywhere.

I isolated it today! Feels alot better knowing I have the right muscle!
 
Good to hear you got the hang of it rivieraman71. It's one of those muscle groups that works involuntarily, and it's the same for men and women. Some people do find it difficult to locate and gain control, and DLD's suggestion was spot-on. We should all do these exercises even if we don't pe. Us guys gain erection strength and ejaculation power, women gain vaginal grip and orgasmic enhancement, and it helps prevent/treat urinary incontinence. Dr Arnold Kegel we salute you
