guys any success from implementing reverse dld blasters into your routine???? what other sikk manual stretches have you incorporated into your routines?:s

When you say "reverse" what do you mean???
 
back the backside of your hand (like you're backhanding someone in the face) and place it on the topside of your dong then just take your hand and grip right below the glands and stretch!!!! go wild!!!! has anyone implemented these into their routine and seen any gains?

To be honest, this is almost like a Mandingo stretch. (I would link you but for some reason the search bar isn't working for me at this moment in time). It's slightly different but essentially it's the same stretch. You can bundle a Mandingo, do it normally, V-Stretch it. A myriad of modified Mandingo stretches are around.
