Just go to the home page and they have a section for "articles" and look for nutrition and exercise ones. They have plenty and you should read as many as you can. Not one article is the best but if you combine them all, you'll see things for what they really are. Make your mind stronger before your body.
While your reading articles, just do body
weight exercises like push ups, squats, lunges, etc. Get a bar to hang on your door to do pull ups. This will get your body ready for all the
weight you'll be pushing when your ready. For me, I built my body with good muscles, then I stopped because it was becoming to much of a chore to eat, sleep and maintain all that. Now, I just do body
weight exercises and stay tone showing off the muscle I've already accumulated. I maintain a diet, not to healthy lol, but to keep the fat off. I exercise daily since I've gotten used to it. I lost 40lbs in 2 months and I just love a toned body, whether male of female. I love women just to clarify lol, but I appreciate the commitment for men to get their body the way they like. Your gonna do good, just don't give up alright.
