Any insight to Kegels?

I recently went on vacation with some friends and never really got any time to do any P.E. so i thought i would work on my kegels as i never really focussed on them and thought it would be good to do.

I did 200 a day when laying on the beach and i thought no more of it, yet, after a few days of doing it i noticed my flaccid to be smaller. I just thought it could be me not being aroused for a week or so but by the end of the second week i felt some length had been lost, but the girth was still the same.

As soon as i got back i went to masturbate and i didnt feel like all my length was there, just the girth.

Does working on kegels without stretching pull the penis back inside the body?

Has anyone else had an issue like this?

I'm still very focussed and positive with my P.E. but this issue just left me a bit confused as i thought it was doing good.

Any help will be appreciated.
 
no it doesn't send it back inside the body. the fact that your cock is thicker means that there is more blood in there, and needs more room to lengthen out. your cock is ready for you to make it longer.
 
Since you are training a muscle it can retract due to fatigue. If anything, it is a temporary retraction and basic stretching will combat this.
 
I have done a good workout today and have just finished jelqing and thought i'd measure as i didnt seem as big and what do you know, i gained 0.2 since August 4th. There was me thinking i shrunk! Crazy shit, P.E. never fails to impress me. maybe i can get my 8 inch by Christmas!
