for me there has been many times I have shriveled up after girth and length workouts. If my penis becomes completely fatigued there is a good chance I will see temporary shrinkage.

One that don't dissappear a few months or so after stopping PE. Hard to define I guess but I've seen visual appearance gains go mainly down to likes if fluid retention

My experience has been is that there a small amount of retraction when you stop real PE but nothing close to your original size.

For permanent gains you have to stress penile tissue to create micro tears and stimulate cell growth. Eventually, the tunica will stretch and gains will be much more pronounced.
