Another grip question but URGENT!!

I really need to know this, generally from someone that has pe'ed a while but i tried griping how i think your supposed to (behind the glads with the for-skin back) but i loss grip after like 10-15secs and that is whilst using baby powder stuff and golf gloves and it really hirts the glands. I want to go back to my original way of gripping but I'm not sure its right. Ive attached an image 'trying' to show what i understand is the 'proper grip' and how i used to and would like to grip.

Picture 1 is the way i think your supposed to grip, which is with all the for-skin pulled back and gripping under the glads. Just to clarify, the orangery color is the penis and the for-skin, the pink the glands and the black line is were u apply the 'ok' grip.

picture 2 shows how i used to stretch, the orange is again the penis and for-skin, the red is the forkin covering the glands and the line is were i grip.

Basically the difference is that the old way i gripped meant i could get grip off the for-skin covering the glands and therefor hold a stretch longer, but I'm just not sure if I'm just stretching the skin and not the penis. After ive done the 'old' grip i feel sore around the base and side of the penis and its generally red. The 'proper' way just seems to hurt my glands.

Please help asap because i need to get my routine done tonight. PS i gained .75EL using my old method in around 5 months.
 
I used to pull with the foreskin (whatever I had left anyway) and then i switched to the "right" way (gland only) and just seem to have a harder time with grip, other than that I think I feel more of a stretch when doing it the "proper" or "right" way..
 
On the rare occasions when I've stretched I have always grabbed some foreskin. I've got enough that it doesn't really stretch the skin though.
 
I'm uncut and I too am having trouble finding a proper grip when stretching. I think this is one area where cut guys have it much easier! :(

This is another reason that I'm seriously thinking about hanging. I wonder if it would be more convenient.

I'm uncut and I've tried both ways. For me, the only feel I get from stretching while holding the foreskin is a burning sensation in the skin at the base of the penis. By gripping behind the glans with the fore-skin retracted I can feel the ligs stretching which is what you want. It took me a while to find a good grip that I can hold and that doesn't cause too much discomfort but I found it.

And since your graphic clearly shows that stretch style number 1 means a bigger penis you should go with that... :P ;)
 
True Ebon00! It is what you feel during the stretch that counts not the grip, either way would work but it is up to you to find that comfortable spot!
 
way #1 I feel a better stretch, but its uncomfortable for my head. Way #2 feels better on my head but i dont feel a good stretch inside my penis(only on the skin). I personally do the way #1 stretch
 
Both ways have their pros and cons. If I do the #1 way, my head gets sore and I have even gotten some bruising and red marks on the glans. If I do the #2 way, it's kind of hard to keep a grip cause the head keeps wanting to slip inside the skin. As I get more of my 4skin restored, I am noticing the increased difficulty with grip. I am experimenting with different grips and have switched to using tissue paper to help hold onto the slippery thing, but I wouldn't trade my extra sensitivity for easier grip at all.
