I have collected the information about it and it seems quite similar to [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Size Genetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words]. The major question is: Is it normal, that i feel uncomfortable using it? Every time i wear it on, after a 10-20 minutes, my penis becomes cold and it interfere to my penis blood circulation. Should i take it off, reattach it or there is some advanced things which i need to know, when I'm wearing it. I have read the users manual, but nothing much about blood circulation there. Perhaps someone can give advices, how it would be better to use it, and perhaps, how to get rid of that uncomfortable feeling, if it's possible.
The thing is, i am a little bit worried about injuries, the device can cause.

I get the same thing. My penis head gets cold. What I've been doing is either I take it off for a few minutes and massage my penis until it's circulation comes backor I do some jelqs while wearing the device to engorge the head with blood then squeeze the head to retract the blood. I'm not sure what the problem or how to correct it so I'd be able to wear it half a day. I tried loosening the noose but my head just slips out. I guess we will have to wait until a experience member answer

so I am assuming both of your have nooses? also how is your wrapping job, wearing your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is all in your wrap.. i use a piece of old tshirt,cut about a 2x8 rectangle. Then I put my penis through [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] making sure not to pull scrotal skin up through base yet. Wrap extremely loosely below the glans of your un-stretched flaccid penis. then attach the noose. I personally prefer the velcro attachment ...but u need the cradle that has two parrallel slits . U should be able to get about an hour with the noose, until you have to vascularize the glans.
It is uncomfortable at first, limit your time in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] to sitting down and limit movement to prevent embarassing slippage, I can credit most of my gains to my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

thanks dld, of course for everyone it may be different but this has been my refined method after trial and error . but u guys should consider making the velcro strip itss so much better than the noose. cost me like a dollar to make too.

This is the exact reason why I stopped using the size genetics extender. Noose style extenders are a big problem. Go to the MOS shop and buy the SiliStretcher if you need an extender. It works better and it is also very comfortable.
