I have no idea if i am doing DLD blasters correctly, i really dont feel anything special at all just feels like a normal stretch. after i do the 5 sec kegels i RK which feels lik i have to shit or fart so basicly its just expanding my ass hole outwards and then 5 sec of stretch like that, i do not feel that "extra slack" that DLD explained, i honestly dont feel anything so i dont know if im doing them right
