Brit--If you have some good P.E. experience of conditioning I would concentrate on one aspect at a time now. Do length work for 3-6 months and then some girth for 3-months and cycle back to length.
I did manual stretches and jelqing for about 12-months with only an quarter inch of length gain and next to nothing to girth because I couldn't get enough intensity to cause the right amount of fatigue for growth.
I did a 6-month program which I documented (
Threak Hang Journal) here and gained 3/4 inches in length and a little girth. I used the BIB-hardcore
hanger, that's my experience.
