i am thinking about doing this with a cable clamp but instead of just the shaft i'm going to clamp the whole package. i'm going to wrap my package with a wrist band then clamp it off a little. has any one else clamped the whole package and seen result?

I used to put that ROP (Ring of Power) dohicky around my package when I first got it. I assume that would be the same.

When I adc I do it around my shaft only as it would never fit my whole package. I use a hose clamp.
 
What would be the point of clamping off your entire package?

Actually there is a point, Daddy. By clamping around the entire package, whether by cock ring, cable clamp, or otherwise, you are putting pressure on the G-spot, inner penis, and prostate. This actually encourages erections and bloodflow. Rock on with the whole package clamp.

However if it's done to tight and/or for too long you can kiss your boys goodby!!
 
SO MAYBE 2 OR THREE CLICKS is all you would need. i was going to do it so i could clamp my penis as close to the pubic bone as possible
 
I personally don't mess with ADC, but when I clamp I do it balls-n-all. I've noticed it helps with girth at the base.

ADC'ing my balls and all hurt like hell for me, if i wanted my cock to be engorged. So for me a cock ring is good enough for around the whole package, it seems to make my balls look bigger and my flaccid hang bigger. Now with ADC you can really a an 75% erection all dat long if you want, clamping the sahft only. I also works flaccid have very good, plus it has a great impact on flaccid girth!
 
i adc for about 4 hours today at work went to the bathroom and had major fluid build up any tips on this crazyeyed
