Hey y'all. I'm here and wondering if these are some reasonable gains for a busy person (only like 1 hour of freetime weekdays). And if my routine will at least get me to my first goal. I'll probably invest in machines after that.
My motivation: Have an awesome GF, love her to death, however would like to have a going away present 'tucked away' if she ever decides to break my heart. Cold yes. Secondary reason, would like to make her orgasm vaginally even during the off weeks of the month.

Stretches (warm up) 2X40 sec:
up, down, sides
spiral
leg lever
Workout:
4 days on (2x100) 3 sec dry jelg
2 days off (2X100) 3 sec wet jelg
1 day offoff, (12x) 1 min assisted F stretch
Everyday between sets (x50) 3 sec kegels
Warm wrap/ Sauna
repeat stretches, but use free hand to apply deep massage while streching
