A lot of pressure on tip of glans when stretching

So I've been PEing for about a month and a half now. Ive seen good gains, but Ive noticed that stretching is getting harder and harder and that my hands are getting sore while gripping my penis and stretyching. The result is my hand slwoly sliding near the glans and exterting an immese ammount of pressure onto the tips of my glans, which I noticed has caused slight discoloration. Any tips on how to avoid this?

The others might help by retracting from how much you're having to grip, but other than that, you're still going to have to grip using those alternatives.

You can also apply toilet paper as a base, then a towel over that so you're not having to clasp that hard to the point where you're causing hand strain.

I used to get the same, not only from manual stretching but my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] as well (pain at tip of glans and discolouration). It makes manual stretching so much easier and effective.
 
you can try and kegel some blood into the head and it should give you a better grip. also, maybe get a gripper and work on your grip strength
