Hey guys, I've just decided to start taking this stuff serious again. A quick summary of my Penis Enlargement background...

I've been at it for a good 5 years. I started here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] with the basics and I feel that I've basically maxed out my lig gains (maybe a good .5 to 1.0 inches of length). I went to hanging b/c I saw it as the best way to hit the tunica. Hanging did some damage (or actually I did some damage by not performing it correctly) and i also took up a good portion of my time so I went back to manuals. Recently I think a combination of inconsistancy and applying too much force when I do stretch has held be back. I think the key is to be extremely consistent without overdoing it. For girth I did a good deal of clamping which I may also have over done. That being said it did get me to what I see as a good amount of girth (for now).

Where I am now...
I plan to used the following mentality on my quest for more length,

- no girth work until I hit my length goals (I don't currently have a goal but another 2 inches would probably satisfy me).
I will jelq for 5 - 10 minutes a session just to keep good health and blood flow.

- do not use a set routine.
I know my way around quite a bit of manual stretches, and plan to mix them up as I see fit. Basic idea I have is to warm up by making sure my dick is loosened up for the session, start with ~ 5 minutes of plyometric stretches to get ready, then get into which every static stretches I chose.

- listen to my dick.
I'm sure many of you will disagree with this but I feel like turtling is a sign that my dick has been (at least boarder line) pushed too hard. When I experience this I will back off, most likely still performing routines just using a good deal less force on the pulls. I think the optimal situation to have my dick in is loose and hanging well. In my mind there is a fairly fine line between not pushing enough and pushing too hard. My goal is to find this line by listening to how my dick responds and walk it as best as I can.

I plan to only measure pbfl as I feel this is the best way to monitor progress. Right now I'm sitting just over 7 and 9/16ths. I'll update any findings in a week or so. I'm not expecting any measurable gains within a week, but I do expect the over all feel of how everything is doing to improve (how's that for a qualitative statement?)

welcome back and I can see your knowledge is great! I like what you said about listening to your body, it is very important and with continuous exploration a man can find that happy medium between too much and not enough. You are so close to 8" that I am really routing for you to make this gain quickly. Please start a progress thread so we can follow your routine, measurements, changes and questions.
